ST1000 Fully Automatic Shuffler

I have used the Shuffler for my last two home games I'm not sure how we played without them.

OMG this machine is to die for. What a great addition to any poker room. This machine truly shuffles in a radom fashion that creates a true to casino feel. If you don't have one, Get one!

I have bought one of these shufflers with flush mount kit for a table I built. I love it. I am building 2 more tables for friends and more possibly later, and will be buying shufflers and kits for both. Thanks!

Our most recent machine (of several since last year) has worked flawlessly for at least 5,000 shuffles, maybe more. Everybody really likes the way it speeds up the game. The dealers love it. My friend also purchased one for his table that I mounted for him, and it has also been working great. I would recommend this to any serious player. Don Colaianni, Little Rock, AR.

I suspect that shipping damaged my original unit, it was not working right out of the box. I contacted my distributor and he suggested that I contact Shuffle Tech directly. One phone call resulted in a new unit being express shipped to me - I had the replacement in my hands in 24 hrs. Rick Schultz was amazingly easy to deal with. He asked a few questions to see if the problem could be resolved immediately over the phone, made a decision and things happened - no messing around. The new unit is flawless - it came out of the box and played through a 3 hour tournement - not a single jam. Great unit - every home game should have one. I have had my shuffler for about 3 weeks now. I installed it my table in about 2 1/2 hours with the flush mount kit and it came out looking great. The shuffler works wonderful. Definitely speeds up the game so you can get more hands in.

I bought one of the first 36 machines produced. It has been great. I used it for every tournament or Cash Game we play. I got the 3 year warrantee and the customer service has been fantastic. I have sent it in with no problems. They fix any problems and check everything with no questions asked except...what seems to be the problem that you would like looked into? It has been well worth the money invested. Thank you Shuffle Tech and personally Rick Schultz for all the help he has been.

Ordered the Shuffle Tech 1000 several months ago and love it! Just placed an order for the Flush Mount. It’s a great product and my buddies love it too! It makes for a faster and more enjoyable game and allows us more time to play poker and that’s what it’s all about.

I've had my shuffler for about 5 months now and love it. It's installed in the table. I found the instructions well written so installation was a breeze. If you're concerned about the noise I suggest you get it and give it a try. I don't think my version is too loud at all and I've heard the current version has been improved to make it even quieter. Plus with the unconditional 30 day guarantee what have you got to lose. I do wish it handled bridge size cards better. I prefer this size over poker sized but switched to the latter due to much more frequent "jamming" with the bridge sized cards. I expected this, before I even purchased the machine, based on my discussions with Rick (Shuffletech CEO). Which brings me to my next point. Excellent service. I've spoken with and emailed Rick on several ocassions and have always been amazed at the level and quality of response. I have an extensive background in retail and sales so I know and appreciate good customer service. Rick is one of the best I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Just wanted to say how great the ST1000 is, especially in flush mount. I ordered a new table from Stine Game Tables, sent them the Shuffletech flush mount template and they pre-cut everything I needed so when my table arrived I bolted the ST1000 in and had a game the next day. All of my friends loved it, no more waiting for shuffling, just keep the action going. Shuffler worked great at our last game. No jams and FINALLY no dreading being the shuffler-on-deck. Helped us to focus on the cards, not worry about who was next to shuffle. HIGHLY recommended.

The Shuffle Tech has increased the speed of our game and eliminated the bad hands from bad manual shuffling. We'll never go back to playing without it!

Main Event Charity Games uses these shufflers. Now many of us won't play at tables that don't have them. I've seen them jam a few times, but its rare, and still better than hand shuffling.

The second machine is even better than the first. Our original machine has been running for nearly a year with few problems. The new one is absolutely jam free and far quieter--brilliant!

Thanks for expediting the new machines. We're going to put them on all 13 tables within the next month. They're perfect.

I called last Thursday evening--8:00pm in Chicago--hoping I could have a shuffler delivered by Saturday morning. It was dropped at FedEX within an hour and on my desk in Seattle at 9:15 the next morning. You couldn't ask for more responsive service. And it runs like a champ. It probably ran 500 cycles on the weekend without a hiccup. My first Shuffle Tech was OK and still running strong after eight months, but this new one is exceptional.

I've just bought one for myself..I've been playing with the Shuffle Tech in another game for 2-3 months, and now I'm restarting my own game with a new Shuffle Tech. I'll keep you posted on the new one.

I play in a weekly game using this machine. It is very good and reliable. We've had it for nearly a year. We had to send it for service just one time, and it was returned within four days and has worked perfectly since. We play far better and faster with the machine, and now I can't see how we'll ever play without it. I'll also like the fact that we can see the cards moving under the clear door.

This machine is super. I've never seen anything else like it in this price range.

I have to agree with other comments--I've been looking for a machine like this for years. My group is all retired, and none of us could shuffle accurately ourselves. Until we bought the shuffler, guys were dropping out of the game because. Now, we're playing faster and better games than ever before!

I have two of them built them into my tables. Overall I am very pleased with the shufflers. They enable us to play almost twice as many hands per round in a tournament and when it gets down to a short handed table it’s a life saver. That said I will tell you it’s very important to follow the instructions to keep the units clean. And I would highly recommend purchasing the extended warranty. This is new technology and like all new technology it’s not without some bugs. I will tell you that Rick at shuffletech has been the consummate professional. And their support staff has been outstanding. They are quick to respond, and I’ve never had an issue with them when I’ve had to send a unit in for repairs…. I would consider myself one of the “bleeding edgers” when it comes to these shufflers. I got one of the first units to roll off the line and they have made subsequent improvements…. And rick has never hesitated to help me out… in fact one unit is having the entire inside replaced as it does not meet the new standards of their production… and with my warranty they are replacing it at no cost. All in all… I am very very happy with the shuffler, the company and the customer services… I would recommend them to anyone…and I will continue to buy more as I buy additional tables.

This machine has transformed our game. We're playing better poker, and more players are joining in. And nobody is complaining about slow shuffling or bad shuffling. The machine is awesome!
